  1. Simply print this form out and fax it to 973-691-4877. Please note on your printed order whether you will be paying by mail with a check (orders will not be shipped until your check is received and cleared, this usually takes 3 business days after receiving it).

  2. If paying by credit card please write your credit card number on your order along with the expiration date and security code on the back of your card.

  3. Please note: if the name and address you used during setting up your account is different from you credit card billing name and address please be sure to write the correct ones on your order.

Shipping & Refunds

Flint River Ranch orders are shipped to the address you provide us by UPS Ground Service. Please keep your address current. Average delivery time after UPS pickup, is 5-7 business days. With some remote delivery points, UPS may schedule delivery only once or twice a week. Please order in advance of need and allow time for delivery. If not at home, UPS will try several times to make delivery, in some cases, depending on area, they will leave package at your door, otherwise they will leave a note or mail you a notice of attempted delivery. With no response in 5 days, they will return the package to Flint River Ranch's warehouse.

Natural Pet Foods Plus More processes all Flint River Ranch orders within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday, or the day before a Holiday, are invoiced and processed the next business day.

Shipping via UPS Ground is included in the retail price. If you need an expedited delivery, you may choose, next day - must be arranged by 11AM California time, or second day, at your cost.

If you receive a box that appears to be damaged don't open it, refuse the shipment and have it returned to Flint River Ranch for replacement, by calling UPS 1-800-742-5877. Once you have opened the box you will be responsible for the costs of shipping back.

Flint River Ranch foods are shipped via UPS Ground for delivery right to your door.

Since all Flint River Ranch orders are shipped via UPS Ground they cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's or anywhere outside the Continential United States.

We would love for Flint River Ranch to ship their products for no charge, however it is not currently possible. The shipping costs are included in the pricing of the product. That means that if you have a return and you are not refunded for shipping costs, it is because the price was included in the price of the product that you ordered.

Please NOTE: Orders, with the exception of Sample Packs that are less than $8.50 will be charged a $4.00 shipping fee.

**IMPORTANT**

It is very important for you to verify that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. You may be charged a $5.00 UPS Call Tag FEE if UPS determines the address provided by you is incorrect.


30-day Return Policy:

Flint River Ranch will refund full product value, less 15% for S&H charge, for returns made within 30 days of customer receipt of order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping to the closest regional warehouse location.

If you plan on returning any products to Flint River Ranch we would suggest you contact FRR or contact us and let us know about the return. This way we can follow up on the status of your return. Please be aware that it can take up to 30 business for Flint River Ranch to process a refund.

Please include a copy of original invoice and the reason for the return.

All "Automatic Shipments" returned will result in the cancellation of future Auto-Ships; contact Flint River Ranch or your distributor to reinstate your adjusted Auto-Ship schedule. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of customer receipt of Flint River Ranch products. Returns must be addressed to the warehouse closest to you. Please check the address on your original box for the distribution center that shipped your food as they may vary.

In addition to the owned Distribution Centers aboveFRR utilizes the services of Logistical Distribution Centers in the following states:

California, Texas, Florida, Ohio, Utah, Missouri, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Colorado, Illinois and Oregon

Please write your customer FRR# on the bag and include a copy of your invoice so that you will receive a prompt and full refund. You can also make an exchange or apply your credit towards another item.

If you receive a box that is visibly damaged, please do not open it. Instead refuse the shipment and have it returned to FRR for replacement by calling UPS at: 1-800-742-5877. Once you have opened the box you may be responsible for the cost of shipping it back. Phone calls to UPS must be made within 24 hours or they may refuse the shipment and you will then need to contact Flint River Ranch for instructions.
